Theme: Pray, Prepare, Pursue, Perform and Play
Our Family Mission Statement: SERVE GOD, Serve our church community and the community in which we live, HONOR, RESPECT and support each other. To be good stewards of our time, finances and friendships. Continue to learn. Love one another by actions, deed and thought. Listen to each other. Be God’s reflection of family

Our top three goals: To Pray, Move, and Save
Physical Health & Fitness Goals
● Take vitamins daily
● Brian & Sherea will reboot at least 3 times per year (January, June & September). The girls will refrain from all sweets and fried foods.
● We will pack healthy snacks in the car to avoid last-minute un-healthy choices
● We will drink the recommended daily amount of water. On Wednesdays we will only drink water – no other beverages (including coffee).
● Schedule doctor appointments regularly
● Schedule dentist appointments regularly
● Eat to fuel during the week. Eat to please on the weekends
● Each family member is required to eat the daily allowance of vegetables.
● Each family member is required to exercise at least 30 minutes a day
Relationship Goals
● We will attend at least one social event per month as a family
● Visit homeless, sick, elderly, once a year
● Have dinner at a restaurant, have a picnic or see a movie every month as a family
● Brian & Sherea have a date night at least once per month
● Brian & Sherea will take the girls out individually once a quarter
● Reginald, face time once a week
● Brian & Sherea will will meet daily for 15 minutes to discuss goals and plans
Money & Finance
● Tithe at least 10% of our income
● Save at least $20 from each payroll check as a start to saving at 20% percent of all income
● Save all loose change for Christmas
● Create and stick to a better financial plan and budget
● Pay off all past debt —Debt Free
● Work on ways to increase our annual income
● Get Jazz and Kenn a bank account
● Invest in future businesses
Spiritual
● Attend a weekly Bible study as a family or have a home study on Wednesday nights at 7:30 p.m.
● Daily morning prayer @ 7:35a.m.
● Daily evening prayer @ 8:30 p.m. or before bed
● Weekly Bible scripture memory (give on Sunday, recite by Saturday)
Fun & Recreation
● Go roller-skating
● Go bowling
● Go to Big Bear
Personal Development
● each family member will take the Meyers Briggs test before Feb.

● Take the whole family to New York see Reg and to see at least two Broadway shows

● Motivation Monday: write a motivational note to each other
● Talent Tuesday: work on one talent of gift
● Water Wednesday: drink only water
● Thankful Thursday: write out at least three things we are thankful for
● Family night Friday: Plan family time together

Meatless Monday Cabbage Recipe
1 head of cabbage 1/2 bell pepper 1/2 onion 1 garlic cloves 1 tsp of shays seasoning 1 tsp tablespoons of sugar 2 cups of water 2 chicken bouillion cubes
Remove outer leaves from cabbage, remove core, chop cabbage head into pieces and place in the crock-pot along with all of the ingredients above. Cook on high for 4-6 hours or until cabbage is very tender. My girls love this recipe!
